Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Reports to:    Supply Chain Manager

Department:   Supply Chain

Job Summary:   This is a key position within the Supply Chain group that will coordinate all Acquisition, RTS (Return to Service) and RTP (Reduce to Parts) activities.

Acquisition Process:

  • Coordinate and track all acquisition opportunities.
  • Maintain ACT! dashboard in accordance with internal acquisition process.
  • Request updates from internal departments on current opportunities.
  • Facilitate weekly Acquisition Meeting with internal and remote employees to drive accountability with the team and promote timely action on all acquisition opportunities.

RTS (Return to Service):

  • Coordinate all return to service (RTS) projects and track status and timelines in Smartsheet.
  • Request updates from internal departments on task status.
  • Facilitate weekly RTS Meeting to drive accountability with the team and promote timely action on all acquisition opportunities.

RTP (Reduce to Parts)

  • Coordinate all reduce to parts (RTP) projects and track status and timelines in Smartsheet.
  • Coordinate with MRO Manager and Technical Services team for work scope creation, quoting/pricing, scheduling, return shipment, scrap process, etc. for RTP projects.
  • Responsible for all RTP activities including approving work, issuing repair orders RO’s, expediting as required, ongoing communication, etc.
  • Facilitate weekly RTP meetings to drive accountability with the team and promote timely action on all RTP activities.
  • Coordinate with Technical Services team as required.
  • Reconcile RTP projects to ensure all contracted parts have been accounted for and invoice is accurate.
  • Other support/administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative, collaborative, and friendly working relationships with your team members.
  • Provide timely feedback on cross functional tasks and assignments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to interact well with both internal and external customers/suppliers over the phone and in person.
  • Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects with competing deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Access.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Keen focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ACT!, Quantum and Smartsheet preferred.

Education Required:

  • Minimum of Associates degree or 3 + years of related work experience.
